Pump Systems

Residential and Commercial Water Pumps: We supply and install two reputable brands of water pumps, Goulds and Sta Rite. Both are made in the United States and we carry full warranties for all. These range in size from 1/2 H.P. to 5H.P. All of our pumps are installed with the required safety mechanisms to ensure that in case there is a problem the motors won’t be damaged.

Hot Water Problems

Water Heaters: We supply and install A.O.Smith, Rheem and Bradford White water heaters. All of our electric tank heaters carry a six year manufacturer’s warranty. Ensuring that your hot water heater is correctly installed and adequately sized will ensure that you enjoy a constant supply of hot water for all your needs.

Hot water circulating pumps and recirculating system: If it takes a long time for you to get hot water to a faucet (s) or shower in your home, don’t waste any more water-get a hot water recirculating system which will solve this problem.

Hot water dispensers: We install and replace hot water dispensers.These are generally installed on your kitchen sink and they provide instant hot water up to 190 degrees which means no need to wait for water to boil for hot tea, instant coffee or hot chocolate.

Drain Issues

Drain cleaning and clearing: We clean and clear any drains inside your home -including kitchen sinks, dishwashers, face basins, bathtub / showers, toilets, laundry room washing machines, floor drains and any other drain line that goes into the sanitary sewer or septic tank.

House drainage, waste and vent lines: We repair and replace all house and building drain lines.

Sewer Problems

Sewer line cleaning: All of our trucks are equipped with powerful sewer machines. These machines clean anything from 1 1/2" to 10 " lines. Our service is clean and dependable.

Sewer line video service: We can run a video camera down your sewer line to see what is causing the problem. We can also make a DVD of it to show others. This way you know for certain what the problem is and you can decide the best course of action in regards to repair or replacement. No need to break again before you see.

RootX root killer: With a unique foaming action, RootX reaches the top of the pipe where 90% of root intrusion occurs. Then, organic compounds in the RootX formula strip away grease and grime on the roots and an EPA registered herbicide (Dichlobenil) kills the roots on contact and prevents their growth.

Sewer line replacement and repair: We repair and replace all sewer line to code as required by the Water & Sewerage Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (W.A.S.A). Ensure that all sewer lines are correctly installed because inevitably you will be inconvenienced with a blockage.

Faucet Repair

Faucet Repair: Tired of that dripping, leaking faucet? We repair all brands and models. We carry the majority of parts for these repairs on our trucks and if they are not easy to track them down we promise to make a valiant effort.

Garbage Disposals

Garbage Disposals: We supply and install quality garbage disposals in various sizes. You have to install one to see the benefits of not having to empty most of the waste from food and vegetables in your kitchen sink.

Toilets
